hehe5 (referred to as "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an online entertainment platform providing services to players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to accessing or using the website hehe5.cam.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at hehe5: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits must come from your own registered payment account.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met to successfully withdraw funds:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).

4.3 Currency

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing. The following points are considered when calculating wagering:

• Only valid bets are counted toward wagering requirements.
• Certain games may contribute partially or not at all to wagering calculations.

• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier changes depend on the player's activity and participation. Cashback is paid each week in accordance with specific rules.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or system exploitation, hehe5 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend the account. Multiple bonus claims from the same IP address, device, or household are not permitted.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

The hehe5 platform offers slots, live casino, cricket betting, mini baccarat, and many other types of games. All games are operated through certified game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe, among others). • Placing bets using automated bots, software, or scripts.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Collusion betting or ring fencing — attempting to gain risk-free profit by placing opposing bets across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Demeaning, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's details.

If any of the above violations are detected, hehe5 reserves the right to seize the relevant account balance and take legal action.
